London and area stats

STATS QUICK CHARTS:

Here are the market stats for January for the board area (LSTAR) and London. While we saw an 8% drop in the number of sales the average price went up from December by $10k. The days on market increased to 47 days and the months of inventory came in at 6.6 months.

On a positive note while the rest of LSTAR saw a drop in the number of sales, our RE/MAX Advantage office saw a 3% increase in the number of deals written compared to Jan 25…that’s fantastic!!!
