Here are the April Market Stats.

Here are the April Stats for LSTAR and London. We saw a small price drop of 1.5% in April compared with March. The number of sales was a little lower than April of 2025 but the number of year-to-date new listings went up. Days on Market dropped to 24 and the Months of Inventory came in at 5 months.

Area stats: London, St. Thomas and all Middlesex County for April 2026
