London and area stats

STATS QUICK CHARTS:

The May Stats have just come out for LSTAR and London. The Average House Price seemed to stay fairly steady. YTD Sales are still below compared to 2024 but seem to be making an improvement. Days on Market at 21 was steady compared with April along with the Months of Inventory which came in at 4.5 months.
