August 2024 stats below:     

Here are the August stats for all London St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR) area, and the City of London.

We are still in a balanced market but with 5 months of inventory, and properties averaging 26 days on market, it is understandable to see an Average Price Reduction from July.

With the interest rate reduction we are looking forward to the Fall Market.
