Here are the stats for August.  LSTAR had 526 homes sold which was 14.3% lower from last year.  Months of Inventory reached a new peak of 6.3 months which shows we are in a Buyers Market.  The average price in LSTAR dropped to just over $590K however Days on Market reduced to 28 from 30 in 2025.
