Here are the May Market Stats.

Compared to April there was an increase of $44K in the Average Price and a reduction in the Months of Inventory to 4.3. The number of sales increased 8.8% from May 2025 and the days on market stayed the same at 21. Hopefully this trend continues this month.

Year to date LSTAR is showing 3.4% drop in the number of Sales and 1% drop in new listings while RE/MAX Advantage, YTD, is showing an 8% increase in the number of sales, a 13% increase in the number of listings
